Returns may be accepted only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

• The issue is reported within 24–48 hours of delivery

• The product is unused and in original condition (where applicable)
   

b. Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted for:

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Installed systems once installation is completed

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors

• Change of mind after order confirmation

 
4. Reporting an Issue
To request a return or replacement:

• Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

• Provide:

  • Order details

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

9. Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless:

• Installation charges are non-refundable once service is delivered
